Driving Access to Wealth & Networks (DAWN) is Northspan’s central hub for programming across northeast Minnesota, northwest Wisconsin, and partnering Tribal Nations. DAWN is fueled through grant funding and support from public and private partners.

DAWN contributes to regional resilience by:
