Built to Last: Business Legacy & Ownership Summit

Hello, and thank you for registering for the Built to Last: Business Legacy and Ownership Summit! We are excited to have you join us.   This no‑cost, full‑day summit will take place on Thursday, June 18, from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm at the Braham Event Center. Breakfast and lunch will be provided.

The summit is designed to equip business owners, employees, lenders, and advisors with practical knowledge, real‑world examples, and clear guidance on employee ownership as a strategy for launching new ventures, scaling successful companies, and transitioning ownership. Participants will explore how employee ownership supports business continuity, long‑term stability, and community wealth building.

Our goal is for you to leave with a strong understanding of available ownership models, connections to technical assistance and financing partners, and concrete next steps that support local business retention, stable employment, and stronger community economies. Why We Ask for Demographic InformationAs part of the Built to Last Summit registration, we ask for a small amount of demographic information to help us understand who we are reaching and to ensure this event can continue with the support of grant and partner funding. Our funders require aggregated demographic data to demonstrate that programs focused on employee ownership, business continuity, and community wealth building are serving a broad and diverse group of business owners, employees, lenders, and advisors across the region. All demographic data is reported only in aggregate and is never connected to individual names.
